FILM EXTRA
(etc)
My first experience of film work was at about the age of 17 when I was a member of
the Suffolk Youth Orchestra. We were booked to play the part of a small ensemble
in the film Song of Norway, a musical biography of Grieg, some scenes of which were
being shot near to where I then lived in the heart of Suffolk. I was directed to
play a violinist. Unfortunately I was actually a ‘cellist -
In recent years I have frequently appeared on TV in various guises (as have most of my colleagues) but my favourite film work ever was in Stone Age Atlantis where I played the part of a Mesolithic hunter/gatherer.
